To me, your Cosmic Song represents what most fascinates you and what calls your heart into action. It is the expression of what you want to contribute to the world. You can use your Second Saturn Return transition to remind yourself of what truly fires your heart.
The Universe is conscious. The Universe is evolving and creating a symphony from all that is.

STILL WONDERING IF THERE IS A DIRECT CONNECTION BETWEEN YOU AND THE UNIVERSE?Look at the inside of your wrist. The blue lines are your veins. They’re blue because they contain your blood, which contains iron. In our Universe, iron is only created when a Red Giant star explodes.
You have blood pumping through your body because a Red Giant star evolved into its next state of being. You wouldn’t exist without that star. You most certainly have a song to contribute.
Saturn’s Song
Saturn sings about blocks, challenges, and fears around failure. Saturn also sings about creating healthy boundaries, finding your inner wisdom, manifesting your dreams, and empowering yourself. Singing with Saturn includes hard work, but the rewards will be worth it.
A Second Return song is about empowering yourself as an elder in your tribe. It’s about sharing the wisdom you have gained from your life experiences and confronting your own mortality. It’s about recognizing and embracing your own ‘authority’. When you do, you embody the powerful concept that you are the one conducting your own melody in the Universe’s symphony.
YOUR SECOND SATURN RETURN SONG
ENGAGING WITH SATURN DURING YOUR SECOND SATURN RETURNYou aren’t meant to finish your Second Saturn Return without learning to cherish your song. Saturn is inviting you to discover an evolving sense of direction, purpose, and connection with your unique wisdom and view of the world.
As part of this transition, take time to examine:
What fears emerge when I contemplate becoming an Elder?
What excitement emerges when I contemplate becoming an Elder?
What wisdom would I like to share as an Elder?
The guided meditation that follows will help you consciously recognize that you are connected to Saturn and all it has to offer energetically.
Before you begin: Take a few deep breaths, releasing any responsibilities you have. They will be there when you return. Focus on your body. Notice how your body calms as you pay attention to your breath.
As you take another deep breath, imagine a ribbon coming from the top of your head shooting up into the sky. This ribbon dances by our moon, skirts by Mars and Jupiter, then reaches Saturn. It gently wraps around Saturn like one of its rings. Saturn responds by sending supportive energy back to you through your ribbon.
Imagine Saturn’s energy coming into you through the ribbon. Feel its warmth and support. Feel it strengthen your spine and flow to the bones in your feet. Feel it provide you with the balance and strength to handle whatever your day may bring. Notice your breath again. How do you feel? Take a few final deep breaths, thanking your connection to Saturn and the Universe as you do. Now continue with your day.
CELEBRATE YOUR PLACE IN THE UNIVERSE: A SOMATIC INVITATIONGo out into the sunshine. Cup your hands and capture the sunlight in your palms. You have just captured approximately 7,000 photons. They have traveled 94 million miles from our Sun to land on your skin. Feel your skin grow warm. Your skin is absorbing those 7,000 photons and transforming their energy into warmth just for you. Write a brief thank-you to the photons and your skin for bringing you warmth.
You recognize you are going through a challenging and empowering period in your life.
You are experiencing upheaval, transformation, and change.
You feel off-kilter and want to regain control over a life that feels foreign. You want to find solutions to the roller coaster ride you are on.
You recognize that you have a unique role to play in the evolution of the Universe and you want to honor that role.
